To Place an Order:
Send an email to info@lseawards.com, detailing what you are looking for or want to have done. An invoice will be sent to you and the order completed on payment. Email response time is within 1 business day.
Turn-Around time:
Standard turn-around time is 4-7 business days. Priority Service is available for 1-3 business days and same-day orders. Additional costs apply.
Photo and Image Requirements:
To confirm the quality requirements of supplied artwork, or to confirm artwork needing to be created, please call or email us.

1. Download the Order Form PDF.
2. Fill out form completely.
3. Save completed PDF form to your device.

5. You will receive an invoice by email, pay the invoice and your order will process.
6. Your badge will ship, or we will contact you when it’s ready for pickup.
